My advice - create it first, then worry about a good name - when I program a new project I prototype ALL the things I don't know how to do before even thinking about doing anything I already know how to do.

I'm not too good at inventing organization names but since our project is based on C# and since C# is based on .NET then it can be something like "DotNetSoft" or something. (maybe ZSoft because Z-S created the project)
