Creating a discussion forum for Microsoft Small Basic is a very excellent idea. Sure. Good job! The user base can easier be enlarged with a high-quality discussion forum. On the other hand, this discussion forum should be very helpful to Small Basic users for solving programming problems.

Microsoft Small Basic is an interesting and solid programming language. I like it.   

By the way, I want to talk about a similar BASIC language. I discovered a language called Small Visual Basic. The official website mentions that the language is suitable for kids to learn. However, the design of the official website does not look too fun and therefore some kids may not like to learn the language.
