I'm not sure what this issue is - it all looks OK to me, I did upload current version 1.2.29.12 and database again to be sure.
It looks like you somehow you have an older version of extension database. It should be downloaded when you start Extension Manager from SB-Prime.
Try deleting ExtensionDatabase.xml from wherever you installed SB-Prime and try again. Check it does get downloaded, perhaps there is a permission or caching issue?
