I also created a very simple example (works also in sVB) for you see how some of this may be used.  This is not a final code for you, just something to get started working with, VGWB12.000.

The test program gets selected text (double click over word).  Getting word under mouse is may not be realistic using wpf rtb.

Had a go at mouse over keyword for RTB.  Updated LD extension (beta and sVB upload) for new command LDControls.RichTextBoxMousePosition and my test code updated to use it TPHW825.000.

This is getting a bit involved for SB, but I was having fun working out how to do it!
